הניחי את המטפחת במרכז הראש,קשרי את שתי הרצועותמאחורי הראש.

.Put the tichel on your head, and tie it at the back of your head

הוסף כיתוב

קפלי לארבע, את הרצועות לרוחבן.Fold the side straps

לפפי את הרצועה הראשונה מסביב לראש.
.Warp the first strap, around your head

לפפי את הרצועה השנייה, מסביב לראש.
.Warp the other strap around your head

קשרי את שתי הרצועות,מאחורי הראש(קשירה שניה)
.Tie the straps together( for the second time), at the back of your head
